The Titanium Metal Consortium has approved the Letter of Access agreement, which you will find attached for your immediate reference and handling.  The fees associated with the letter of access (LOA) are based upon the preliminary response from the sameness surveys.  If we receive more definitive feedback from the SIEF this would precipitate a more accurate prediction of revenues and may possibly reduce the fees for all if there is indeed a revenue surplus.

The fee structure for the LOA is simply based on 2 tonnage bands:  

Tonnage Band                                          LOA Fee
< 1,000 metric tonnes per annum        40,000 EUR
> 1,000 metric tonnes per annum        60,000 EUR    For SIEF members who are not full members of the Consortium, the LOA should be applied for and issued to each legal entity which is planning to register titanium.   The letter of access includes access to the Chemical Safety Report and Guidance on safe use.

You may email or fax your completed Annex 3 to the ITA for immediate processing but please forward the original via post mail to the above referenced address.  

Once Annex 3 has been received and processed, you will be sent an invoice specifying the payment details. The token, the joint submission name and the other information specified in Article II of the LOA agreement will be sent to you after payment has been received to allow you to complete your individual registration requirements.
